RTC-ELECTRO
RTC-ELECTRO (a member of the NEC Group) took part in the employment fair “Work in Russia. Time for Opportunities”, held at Pavlovo-Posadskiy Technical College as part of the political party project “My Career with United Russia”. The event brought together leading regional employers and students on the threshold of making their professional choices.
At the RTC-ELECTRO booth, miniature models of the company’s products were on display. Company representatives informed attendees about internship opportunities with subsequent employment, in-demand professions, current job openings, as well as social benefits and advantages of working at the plant.
The Pavlovo-Posadsky urban district is demonstrating stable industrial growth: 27 large enterprises currently operate in the area, employing around 16,000 people. New production facilities are being launched, and modern technologies are being implemented across the region.
RTC-ELECTRO is actively contributing to this development and continues to strengthen collaboration with educational institutions, attracting young specialists and creating conditions for their professional growth and career advancement.
