NTZMK delivers 5,000 tons of metal structures for power units at Partizanskaya GRES
NTZMK
NTZMK (a member of the NEC Group) is completing its involvement in the large-scale project to expand the Partizanskaya State District Power Plant (GRES) in Primorsky Krai. The plant has delivered approximately 5,000 tons of metal structures to the construction site, as part of the planned volume.
The modernisation of the facility is being carried out within the framework of the state programme for the development of thermal power generation in the Far East, aimed at replacing worn-out capacity and ensuring power supply for new consumers.
The project includes the construction of two new power units with a combined capacity of 280 MW. These units will supply electricity to Russian Railways (RZD) traction substations as part of a federal initiative to increase the passenger and freight capacity of the Trans-Siberian Railway. In practice, the new power units will operate as a standalone power station, equipped with independent fuel supply and technical water supply systems. The total electrical capacity of these facilities will reach 2.1 GW, with a thermal output exceeding 2,500 Gcal/h.
In total, NTZMK will supply over 5,000 tons of metal structures for the construction of the new power units. Commissioning of the facilities is scheduled for 2026.
